いよいよ今年の採蜜も最終回になりました
暑い中でしたが、丁寧に手作業でハチミツを絞っていきます。
太古の昔から同じ方法でミツバチはハチミツを作ります。
ミツバチの一生で集められるハチミツは小指の爪の先くらいのわずかな量です。
今回は研修生も作業に参加しており、丁寧に作業を行います
