越冬に備えてハニーキャンディーを投入しました。
ウチのミツバチたちは糖液よりもキャンディーの方が好きなようで、いきなりペロペロしに来ました。
ハニーキャンディーは砂糖と少量の水と大さじ１杯のお酢、そしてビーポーレンを混ぜて煮立たせます。
それをシリコン型に入れて冷蔵凝固させたものを巣箱の上部に置いてあげます。
これからは２週間に一度のペースでおやつをあげて、春まで頑張ってもらいます。
We have introduced honey candy to prepare for wintering.
Our bees seem to prefer candy over sugar syrup, as they immediately came buzzing over to lick it.
To make honey candy, we mix sugar, a small amount of water, one tablespoon of vinegar, and bee pollen, and bring it to a boil.
We then pour the mixture into silicone molds and let it cool and solidify in the refrigerator. We place it on the top of the hive.
From now on, we will provide snacks to them every two weeks and support them until spring.
