NPOとして食育や環境教育などの社会活動が全く出来ない中で私たちにはいったい
何が出来るのだろう？悩んだ末にハチミツに頼る事にしました。
甘い蜂蜜で作ったフィナンシェはきっと束の間の安らぎの時間を持ってもらえるのではないか…
そんな思いでハニーフィナンシェをみんなで作って包装し、お届けすることになりました。
手作りなので、全てのスタッフさんに行き届く事は出来ないと思いますが、先ずはチャレンジとして200個を
納めてきました。少しでも役に立てれば嬉しく思います。

Medical professionals have been working tirelessly every day during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As an NPO, we have been unable to engage in social activities such as food education and environmental education. We pondered over what we could possibly do and ultimately decided to rely on honey.
We thought that financiers made with sweet honey could provide a fleeting moment of tranquility…
With this in mind, we all worked together to make and package honey financiers, which we then delivered.
Since they are handmade, we understand that it may not be possible to reach all the staff members, but as a first step, we have prepared 200 pieces as a challenge. We would be happy if it could be of any help, even if just a little.
