真夏の研修です。暑ですが、盛りだくさんの内容でした。
今回はコロニーを分割して新しい女王蜂を作る事を学びました。
もっとも原始的な方法（女王蜂を引っこ抜いて別の巣箱に移す）で新しい女王蜂の育成を
行います。分割時に必要な給餌や蜂児枠のバランス調整などを行いました。
暑さがすごいので、すのこで日陰を作ったりお水を与えたりも大事な作業です。

It was a midsummer training session. Despite the heat, it was packed with content.
This time, we learned about splitting colonies to create new queen bees.
We conducted the development of new queen bees using the most primitive method (removing the queen bee and transferring her to a separate hive). We also performed tasks such as providing necessary feeding and balancing the brood frames during the splitting process.
Due to the intense heat, creating shade with pallets and providing water were crucial tasks.
