今回は2回目の採蜜を兼ねた研修です。
初めての採蜜作業時に比べて、蜜フタ切りも遠心分離機の力加減も慣れてきました。
採蜜の時はいつもよりミツバチに負担がかかりやすいので、テキパキとしながらも
丁寧な取り扱いを心掛けます。採れたてのハチミツの試食は生産現場ならではの楽しみ。
巣箱によってもハチミツの味は変わります。

Compared to the first time we harvested honey, we have become more accustomed to removing honey caps and adjusting the centrifugal separator.
During the honey harvesting process, the bees are more burdened than usual, so we strive to work efficiently while handling them with care.
One of the unique joys of the production site is the opportunity to taste the freshly harvested honey. The taste of the honey also varies depending on the beehive.
