ミツバチを刷毛で払い、蜜蓋をカットして遠心分離機に入れて廻します。
初めての採れたてハチミツに感動の研修生たち。
少し緊張しながら作業を進めます。

The third training session is a honey collection practice.
We brush off the bees with a brush and cut open the honeycombs, then place them in the centrifuge to spin.
The trainees are amazed by the freshly collected honey for the first time.
They proceed with the work while feeling a little nervous.
