気温上々、梅雨前の晴天日
第三回目の採蜜作業が行われました。
きれいな蜜蓋で貯蜜された板はずっしりと重く
トロ～ンと水分量の少ないフローラルな香りのハチミツでした。
Under the pleasant weather and clear skies before the rainy season, the third honey harvesting operation took place.
The frames filled with honey, covered beautifully with wax, were quite heavy. The honey had a thick and floral aroma, with a smooth texture and low moisture content.
湿度高く梅雨のシーズンがある日本では、採蜜できる日数も限られています。
そんな中で少しお裾分けいただきました。
In Japan, with its high humidity and the rainy season, the number of days suitable for honey harvesting is limited. Despite these conditions, I received a small share of the honey.
